Signet Jewelers Leadership Employee Reviews

What do you like best about the leadership team?

Im not sure , I guess the way management tries to look the other way rather than holding some people responsible I guess that's not what I like about it but that's what my concerns

Willing to listen and adapt to change on rare occasions.

Good training and an the option for advancement.

Signet Jewelers' leadership team has been thriving

They are kind, inclusivse, helpful, and fun to work for.

Leadership is flexible, respectful and understanding.

Open communication , willing to work with not against you.

Integrity and moral standards are #1

Training and learning thats it

i dont know what it means by leadership team

They are very inclusive and diverse

Really nice people and cool

Assistant manger is great an kimd

Review from Sales Dept

They work together to work over time and exclude new employees from selling because every time uou ask one of them to help you with the sale they take the customer and finish the sale under their names while i was standing watching dispointed many times it looks like ypu are in field of sharks.

Great attitude and knowledgeable ?

My manager is amazing there's never issues she can't assist in solving.

transparency, inclusiveness, integrity, forward thinking

The leadership team is very hands on and they show that they value their employees and they provide plenty of opportunity for growth and development within the company

Review from Marketing Dept

The assistant manager has a good balance of firmness to get things done, yet not to overboard

Review from Sales Dept

Constant training and learning new ways to keep our guest happy

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Have managers actually in the shop, physically day to day, week to week, to start. Before that, ensure they have the appropriate skills to lead and train to Signet Standards.

Needs a manager who doesn't partake in internal bullying.

Alot!!!! Store moral, leadership, and overall interest in the success of the twam

Treating team members, coming to work, covid testing and exposure

EVERYTHING....Try compassion and caring for the people that help make that place profitable.

I think the district managers should be checking in a lot more I’ve never seen them come in and my boss just gets away with whatever they wan

I think signet should better train their store managers, I can’t ask my manager any questions at work because she makes up rules and they change day by day so I never know how I’m supposed to act or the work procedures for that

Professionalism, group mentality, consistency, teamwork

Review from Sales Dept

Communication. The right hand doesnt know what the left hand is doing at any given time. They claim they work off a pillar of straight talk but can not straight talk with their peons on the front line. The executives seem so disconnected from stores and no amount of PR will fix that.

Review from Sales Dept

Understanding what really goes on in the store.

Review from Sales Dept

Executive Management , Vp of HR , Kays Divisional VP , are only interested in themselves . In fact brush illegal , corrupt , harassment , bullying under the carpet . In addition they prey on customers with little to low credit and have goals of how many people they can get to sign up for leases

Leadership, specifically executives, need to value their employees more. Making it this hard to get a raise is detrimental to work ethic in the field

Looking out for the people in the stores and investing in people

Review from Sales Dept

The manager needs to stop manipulating situations to only benefit her and nobody else.

Review from Sales Dept

Communication, listening, giving positive reinforcement

Review from Marketing Dept

Currently, in dire trouble. Fragmented and not doing much leading.
