The leadership team needs to be replaced entirely, by people who know how to lead with empathy and respect. The current leaders use interpersonal competition to motivate employees to get numbers up, and threaten when they don't hit their numbers.

Focus on attainable objectives. Grow a profitable company as opposed to pulling together a bunch of acquisitions and tying them together like liferafts in the hopes they can be seen by a company to make an acquisition.

BY FAR the worst company I've ever worked for. All the "leadership" cares about is making more money for themselves and they will cheat you (the employee, merchant, customer) any/every chance they can.
