The only reason I am saying that I am not paid fairly is because of the massive increase in products and services (inflation) that we've seen over the past 3-4 years. If inflation is 10% (for example), yearly merit increases should be at least 10%.

SPS is known for having tight pay scales and wage increases. It takes serious effort for a manager to get any pay increase greater than 3% approved. There are very few employees at this company, at any given point in time, that has had their wages keep up with inflation.

Less process, more work getting done. Many tasks need to be, and can be, automated, such as the entire devops and infraops teams work to improve developer productivity. Stop building custom solutions that build onto tech debt and perpetuate people's justification for busy work.

I have would appreciate the opportunity to work 4 days vs 5. It's difficult to manage all of my work and life at home and I don't think it NEEDS to be difficult. I think that type of stress can be mitigated with intentional policies from the executive team.

Pay and perks need to be reflective of work. Lower pay and benefits mean that only the bad-quality staff are staying behind while others jump ship.

There is way too much upper and middle management and far too little actual resources/staff to actually accomplish the work. We are focused on buying other companies and growing and selling and forcing our customers to buy things but wont address our extremely dysfunctional communication and process
