My company has it's issues. There are problems with scheduling and time off. Sometimes it feels as if there are no repercussions for those who slack and cause others to have to pick it up. However, I enjoy my coworkers as well as my management. For the most part it is easy and fun to go to work.

They need to take care of their employees and manger staff better. When the whole team is getting burnt out what good are they to the company. New hires have potential to make more than the employees that have been here. Hourly kitchen employees with overtime make just as much as salary managers.

Communication. Staff members need to be held accountable. I went to terminate an employee who has repeatedly no called and no showed her shifts, which in turn affected the overall performance of the team and hindered guest experience, and was told I cold not term her by my GM.

Upper management. There needs to be a change at the top. Problems are a direct reflection form the lack of leadership at the top. Attitude reflects leadership, a lot of piss poor attitudes, especially at the GM level.
