What makes you most happy at work?
Money is obviously the main motive, but my coworkers are fun to be around and make being at work better.
Seeing regulars and coworkers and interacting with everyone
Seeing all my regulars and managers who are always so positive

The thing that makes me the most happy at work, is being in a supportive environment and around like minded people where we all are working to achieve the same goals on a daily basis.
The people I work with, the regulars that come in and off course the new customers are great as well

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Upper management. There needs to be a change at the top. Problems are a direct reflection form the lack of leadership at the top. Attitude reflects leadership, a lot of piss poor attitudes, especially at the GM level.
