What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is very close. We have a good relationship both in and out of the work place.
We have a great well balanced team. Good and honest people for the most part.
We are all there for eachother when we need it. If we feel like our ship is sinking the team is always there to make sure we stay afloat

Some of the best things about my team, is that everyone has each persons best interest at heart. We all care about each other and overall well-being on a deeper level than just coworkers. We have all become good friends and help each other in the work place and personally.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Communication. Staff members need to be held accountable. I went to terminate an employee who has repeatedly no called and no showed her shifts, which in turn affected the overall performance of the team and hindered guest experience, and was told I cold not term her by my GM.
