Management does ZERO performance reviews, on their managers. I've never felt appreciated of valued by my Regionals.

Our store location is consistently top 3 in sales. I believe that we should share in the profits generated by the success of our store. Bring back the bonuses would add extra incentive for us as managers to continue operating at that continued level of success.

I feel my compensation is fair for a 40 hour work week. I consistently work well over that and it is very physically demanding being that I normally put about 20 hours more than 40. A 40 hour work week would be extremely helpful for my body and mind

Having to work an hourly position all shift, when we under staffed and allowing the staff to call out from shifts not even show up to them makes things a lot harder to do what's expected of me as a Manager
