They need to take care of their employees and manger staff better. When the whole team is getting burnt out what good are they to the company. New hires have potential to make more than the employees that have been here. Hourly kitchen employees with overtime make just as much as salary managers.

Managers that work more hrs then others
Management does ZERO performance reviews, on their managers. I've never felt appreciated of valued by my Regionals.

My team is very close. We have a good relationship both in and out of the work place.

Communication. Staff members need to be held accountable. I went to terminate an employee who has repeatedly no called and no showed her shifts, which in turn affected the overall performance of the team and hindered guest experience, and was told I cold not term her by my GM.

Money is obviously the main motive, but my coworkers are fun to be around and make being at work better.

Upper management. There needs to be a change at the top. Problems are a direct reflection form the lack of leadership at the top. Attitude reflects leadership, a lot of piss poor attitudes, especially at the GM level.
