What do you like best about the leadership team?
My leadership team cares about the lives and wellbeing of their employees.
They understand the value of family and make it possible to have a good work/family life balance.
We are a big family and i always get help when needed by managment
Making me feel like i am an important part of the team.
I feel supported when at work and valued as an employee for my efforts.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Communication. Investing in the development of their managers.

They need to take care of their employees and manger staff better. When the whole team is getting burnt out what good are they to the company. New hires have potential to make more than the employees that have been here. Hourly kitchen employees with overtime make just as much as salary managers.

Managers that work more hrs then others
Management does ZERO performance reviews, on their managers. I've never felt appreciated of valued by my Regionals.

What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is very close. We have a good relationship both in and out of the work place.
We have a great well balanced team. Good and honest people for the most part.
We are all there for eachother when we need it. If we feel like our ship is sinking the team is always there to make sure we stay afloat

We work well together and shifts run smoothly
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Communication. Staff members need to be held accountable. I went to terminate an employee who has repeatedly no called and no showed her shifts, which in turn affected the overall performance of the team and hindered guest experience, and was told I cold not term her by my GM.

The interview process was easy and straightforward. The interviewer's did not over exaggerate interests, but simply said we'll call you back which I appreciated. I did not leave the interview with false impressions.

Money is obviously the main motive, but my coworkers are fun to be around and make being at work better.
Seeing regulars and coworkers and interacting with everyone
Seeing all my regulars and managers who are always so positive

Getting the opportunity to meet new people and build relationships with guests and coworkers.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Upper management. There needs to be a change at the top. Problems are a direct reflection form the lack of leadership at the top. Attitude reflects leadership, a lot of piss poor attitudes, especially at the GM level.
