What I like best about the leadership team, is their ability to make clear goals company wide and oversee everyone working as a team to reach those goals.
What makes you most happy at work?
The thing that makes me the most happy at work, is being in a supportive environment and around like minded people where we all are working to achieve the same goals on a daily basis.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The fact that everyone at my store has been great friends, it makes going to work thag much better. Knowing every coworker has each others back and willing to go the extra mile for each other.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Some of the best things about my team, is that everyone has each persons best interest at heart. We all care about each other and overall well-being on a deeper level than just coworkers. We have all become good friends and help each other in the work place and personally.
