I have really enjoyed my time working for this company. I believe in alot of ways that this company is a great fit for me on a personal level. I take pride in the food that we serve and that the bar is fully stocked. I'm excited about the possibilities of what this company will company has to offer.

I genuinely enjoy working alongside my GM. I enjoy working with the majority of the girls on our wait staff. I enjoy being a positive influence in their lives.

I enjoy interacting with my coworkers as well as our regulars. I enjoy the customer interaction, working towards satisfying our guests with the product being served and the customer service being offered.

I really enjoy my management team. I feel like my voice is heard, that my opinions are valued. I feel like we celebrate in victory together as well as share the burden of the loses.

I really enjoy working alongside my GM. I am very happy with my management team as a whole. That being said, I don't know if I would feel the same way if they were to ask me to relocate.

Our store location is consistently top 3 in sales. I believe that we should share in the profits generated by the success of our store. Bring back the bonuses would add extra incentive for us as managers to continue operating at that continued level of success.
