Work culture is non existant. Recently the company has been hyper focused on profit ans has made that a proirity over employee happiness, safety, and mental health. This is a major lack of work life balance and it feels that we as the employees are extremly under valued.

Listening to their employees, stop adding more work to employees duties while decreasing the pay (bonus), stop forcing employees to work Saturdays/six day work weeks. If the company is so focused on profitability, Stop taking managers on expensive luxurious company paid trips to exotic destinations.

The benefits are good, and the hourly pay is competitive. However, recently, the company has been taking responsibilities from other departments and adding them to the operations teams plates. They did this directly after making our bonus structure less lucrative And borderline unnattainable.

Executives decided to mostly eliminate the bonus pay structure for field workers basically cutting our pay by 20-25%. Don't think they realize the strain this has put on many.

Major lack of communication with the customers. Sales teams are over promissing and setting unrealistic expectations for the customer. I hear every day from customers how terrible our customer service is and how they get left in the dark for months or even years on issues with their solar systems
