What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Its not them Its me. I prefer to keep things to myself. If i am asked to help a group or someone on my team I will. But i believe that my time is the most important time that matters. Ive been burned before by trying to fulfill my repsonsibilties and help others fulfil theirs.

There is a culture of blame and fear. No one wants to do anything wrong, so we all over-document and point fingers. At the same time, it's impossible to do the job right because even my manager doesn't have the knowledge or time to train me on how to do my job.

Our team is held to standards that others are not. My efficiency and motivation is eroded when I put in request for things and my manager tells me to just do it myself. It is very defeating when other departments are allowed to ignore forms of communication.

Some do not do their job and get pats on the back because he is friends with manager. Another makes errors and is very vocal always needing attention and is loved by the lead and super I seem to not matter however I do get noticed when I am not at work because others are not getting the work done
