The benefits are good, and the hourly pay is competitive. However, recently, the company has been taking responsibilities from other departments and adding them to the operations teams plates. They did this directly after making our bonus structure less lucrative And borderline unnattainable.

allowances. I felt fooled when it say Day 1 I am covered with health card . Yes Day 1 we were covered but not fully covered only for PhP 10,000.00 for 6 months if we are regularized we will get the full coverage. I feel bad about it.

Executives decided to mostly eliminate the bonus pay structure for field workers basically cutting our pay by 20-25%. Don't think they realize the strain this has put on many.

Their compensation is highly variable state to state. They don't keep up with the cost of living. They have only been decreasing possible earnings over the last year and a half.

My manager has put me up for promotion the previous 2 review cycles, which have been approved by my director (two different directors). Ultimately, the promotions were rejected at the VP/Executive level for various reasons. This can be discouraging after receiving a "Crushed It" rating.

The Job is easy.. But its made me feel stagnat in certian ways because it is so repetitive all the time. I also go into the office everyday while everyone else works from home. It doesnt bother me, but i would like a better social dynamic that is In real time and real life in person help

Increase hourly wage. Increase medical PPO coverage to 90%. As for sniff, make sure all Retail Sales Advisor in different markets have equal chance to win top prizes instead only a few Retail Sales Advisors also win due to their markets have high energy bills that make it much easier to achieve.

The day-to-day responsibilities have changed so dramatically that the workload can become very overwhelming knowing we are not paid for the multiple jobs we do. We have had 3 VPs in 2 years and with the amount of change, our pay should have increased. Other companies pay more for doing the same job.
