I would say our inclusion is the most positive about our culture. Our numbers are a lot better than other companies when it comes to hiring practices, promoting and championing women and people of color.

Internal efficiency and congruency are needed. The organization is very siloed by function and pillar. There is a lot of "not my table" mentality and our lack of teamwork is at the expensive of and apparent to the customer.

Get rid of the sorority culture in People Team and bro club in management. I remember one of the Goldie speakers said that he regretted keeping loyal employees/friends who are not good for the company for too long.

We keep saying we're customer centric but act very differently. We don't invest in the growth of our employees... A very slim L&D team that's focused on performance Mgmt and corporate training rather than transferable career long skills.
