Holding people accountable for not doing their job properly. Hiring people who actually have the skills and experience instead of friends. Allowing people to be promoted within the company not just promote friends or family.Hold inventory accountable for counting wrong.

The Fairburn location is the worst since, the new management has taken over. The new general manager has brought in is people all from Tennessee it's like the good old boys club all this as taken place since 8/6/21. Covid was bad this is worse no one in management knows what there doing.
