hardly anything cause they are mostly to themselves

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Listen to your people. Communicate better there is none
Make sure we will have enough work on a shift before complaining about efficiency
Holding people accountable for not doing their job properly. Hiring people who actually have the skills and experience instead of friends. Allowing people to be promoted within the company not just promote friends or family.Hold inventory accountable for counting wrong.
Presence and Communication and respect. Some actual "leadership" skills would help, and maybe some human compassion.
Everything,from attentive listening to facing challeges, contribute to the smooth run of the company.

The Fairburn location is the worst since, the new management has taken over. The new general manager has brought in is people all from Tennessee it's like the good old boys club all this as taken place since 8/6/21. Covid was bad this is worse no one in management knows what there doing.

fire all those high paid nonsense guys and hire people who have a heart and know how to work. you got great people working for ya others would love to have but your exec team is just ... sorry no words.
Everything...no communication, constant deception, no organization, zero appreciation, human resources is a joke,and safety is the last priority
