What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Ask questions about previous experiences pertaining to the job. Interviews should never be personal or about sports and other aspects of life because its your buddy.
Consider people's knowledge, not relationship.
Be honest with candidates when interviewing
Stop choosing people based on their color and choose people based on experience and skills
