they try to do there best even when the moral is down
Everyone carries their work load
For the most part they are willing to work
My own team is excellent, my manager is the most intelligent person I have ever met and they share their knowledge with me constantly and eagerly.
I honestly would say everything
Communication, That is my problem.
After years of layoffs and cost cutting measures we've been left with the best of the best who all know the job in and out and do it well.
We all help each other
Hardworking but they never get the attention of the managements, the managements give orders from their confort offices and give not shit about warehouse employees.
that always keep staff informed
The way we work well together and how we run a smooth shift
We act like a family
we only listen to our manager, workers opinions doesn't matter
We get along an help each other if needed
Meetings even though no new info.
That's just what team are you talking about I thought 1st shift and 3rd shift were supposed to be a team like we are told every day but we're not 181 shift does more than the other that's not a team
The same time every day
Shift manager and team lead
Efficient, small team with excellent bonding

different characters, different views, interesting chats
Get better work ethics and learn more than 1 job function
Communication is awful. Everyone wants to be a chief and no one is willing to be an Indian.
Review from Operations Dept
Communicate better with other associates to get the job done. Stop assigning work to workers and not informing them they have work when they dont have access to a chromebook.
Start working and stop complaining
Get more a sense of urgency and take ownership. One is scared they have to do more than the other.

Better job training less socializing during work hours
Review from Product Dept
Have more compassion for those who aren't in the same position as they are in.

Everyone's miserable because we dont get paid enough.
Review from Operations Dept
To improve we need to come together as a team and stop thinking that we only have one job title. My job title at the company is employee so with that being said whatever needs to be done I do it but you have a lot of employees that stand around talk and not get the work done
