There is a real culture of support and nurturing to help employees find other places to go in the company, if they'd like. My leaders have always helped me find ways to improve and reach my goals. I feel I have the tools to meet/exceed expectations.

We are 100% remote which provides flexibility for the rest of my life while still allowing me to work hard for the company. We also get wellness days collectively every month which makes me feel like the company cares about me as a person - and not just profits.

A focus on growth but at a nice pace. There is certainly hard work to be done, but it's done in a thoughtful way to retain employees and prevent burnout.

Feeling disconnected from the vision. Company more concerned about 'woke'ness than biz.
