Our medical expenses are kept low, our pay is re-evaluated and compared to national averages. Other than covering everything, we also have many additional popup holidays that encourage us to get away from our work and actually live a life.

- Canadian employees are paid much lower in comparison to United States employees regardless of the market. - Canadians do not have a RRSP contribution match (IRA contribution match equivalent to United States).

I believe that there are still members of the team that are paid lower than the payscale bands. Newer employees are paid more than tenured employees which causes our best people to find jobs elsewhere.
