I feel undervalued because I have the responsibilities four people. Management keeps adding responsibilities, will not hire help and state "Keep up the good work but we cannot compensate you what you are worth. It's beyond our control."

The Corp has wasted more than a billion dollars on initiatives that were ineffective or discontinued. The street employees that have the most contact with customers ie: sales, mid mngrs, drivers & marketing have had their pay reduced dramatically. Corporate leaders and consultants have proliferated
