The leadership team need to get better at supporting change initiatives past the initial buzz. Support wanes after a certain period of time which eliminates any change accomplished in early phases of initiatives.

Wow, they will make anyone a manager. Even people who yell and talk down to others. Very unprofessional. It starts at the top, i was quite unfairly with my manager and sought other employment opportunities, three others followed.
