Everyone who actually works here actually shows up on time and actually works. But it's mostly because we have to because there's next to no one here working and we can't get any help from anyone.

Being able to run cars without them stacking up behind the store because we don't have enough people to keep up with demand. This is only a problem right now because we're so short-staffed and have received literally no help at all from our upper management.

I feel undervalued because every time that we ask for help we're threatened to be fired. Currently the shop is very understaffed and we've asked for help from our sister store and my boss was simply told to figure it out or he would be fired. Good compensation would be help, not threats.
