The thing I like most about the leadership team is that they don't let a title get in the way of getting to know their employees. While they are in higher positions of leadership, there is no barrier preventing employees from reaching out and developing a connection.

I really like that the leadership team at Tegus is very transparent, hosting various AMA sessions regularly and sharing important information with employees to ensure everyone working at the company has a clear picture.
