Very transparent, communicative, and driven.

The thing I like most about the leadership team is that they don't let a title get in the way of getting to know their employees. While they are in higher positions of leadership, there is no barrier preventing employees from reaching out and developing a connection.

Great benefits, and unlimited PTO.

The base salary is the best part. The bonus can be great when we achieve the full bonus pool, but the guaranteed salary and unlimited PTO are competitive and critical.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel undervalued by the lack of firm boundaries around working hours. I feel the analyst position is significantly underpaid, and this is evident when compared to competitors.

There was a sample project as the final interview, and this project is exactly the job function of the role I applied to.

I enjoyed getting to know individuals at different levels of the company. I think it's pretty rare to have a call with the CEO of a company prior to joining.
