Recognize record high inflation! Cheap labor cannot survive.

Revisión Review del Departamento de IT · Publicado hace 3 años

Pay is not as competitive as other IT companies and evaluation needs improvements

Revisión Publicado hace 4 años

IT skills are largely underrated, as many have been replaced by contractors. Stock option compensation is almost non-existent.

Better compensation to those who reach productivity goals

The payscales at TI are antiquated. Coming from Silicon Valley they expected people to take big pay cuts to move to Dallas, despite the fact that the cost of living in Dallas has been increasing at a nearly astronomical rate. They cannot attract the best and brightest to this dismal area.

Emphasizing a work/life balance would be nice

Revisión Publicado hace 5 años

Competitive wages, more generous pto, guaranteed raises that exceed inflation. Prompt notification of time off approval (should not have to wait more than 2 weeks after request). Remove the limit on calling in sick. That's what time and is for. People get sick. The lack of trust is apparent.

Revisión Publicado hace 5 años

Money without time is worthless. TI needs to allow employees to have time away from work. Current policy is employees are allowed to take time off as long as they still work on location, and available to attend meetings.

Volt takes a big percentage of what I should be getting. But the only way in the door in Dallas is thru them

Revisión Publicado hace 5 años

No equity.. Underpaid compared to peers for the skills and responsibilities

Revisión Publicado hace 5 años

Higher compensation for all the hours I put in to work. Work like balance at TI is poor, and TI will take from all employees whatever we will give

Revisión Review del Departamento de Ingienería · Publicado hace 6 años

Night shift compensation is 15%. Other places pay up to 25%. I never call in sick but there is no sick time. Has to come out of vacation time. Our health insurance options have been whittled down to one option and it sux.
