Texas Instruments Interviews Employee Reviews

What did you like most about the interview process?

Interviewers seemed friendly. They showed their true colors after I was hired.

it was fast and easy

Quick and easy. Nice people and it didn't take forever to get an offer.

Types of questions that were asked

I could sense that interviewers were more interested in following my thought process than necessarily in me regurgitating the right answers, which helped alleviate the feeling that I was taking an exam.

It was technical and complex took a bit of knowledge and challenged my skills... this make employees top notch and not everyone can work here so I feel privileged.

People assessments and transparent communication

We went out to lunch to a nice place

I liked the honesty that came from my interviewer.

Effective quick and thought provoking

Review from Operations Dept

Very fast and to the point.

I was hired from a consulting position, so process was easy as I was known

Team interviews are respectful of my time

Review from Engineering Dept

Talking to a variety of people

Review from Engineering Dept

Swiftly done and very professional but also very comfortable being in a great environment

I didn't really have one. I was hired on the spot because of my background.
