I don't work to work. I work to provide for my family. Time outside of working hours are my contribution to the company and you should be grateful. Some of this time is expected and for, but overtime all year long is a joke. Maybe get adequately staffed?

Get with the times of today's workforce. Today's workforce is hybrid or offers some work from home options to assist with work life balance. Textron is seriously lacking with assisting with work life balance options for employees.

They must provide the resources and tools necessary to complete the job properly and on time. They need to set the employees up for success. They need to take responsibility for their employees' performance instead of blaming the employee for not meeting their expectations.

I think in this day in age, for a company as large as Textron, benefits need to be reviewed and improved. As an early career professional, I see a lot of my peers leaving for companies that offer better salary, benefits, and more flexible working conditions. I do appreciate the flexibility of 9/80.
