If you could make changes, how would you improve the culture at Textron?
Keep union reps out of trivial things. It's getting to where if an employee doesn't like something, they run to the union rep. The union should be for conflict resolution only, not something employees hide behind because they were called out for work performance, attendance or violation of plant rules.
