We have a lot of perks of being in office, such as engagement events with provided lunch and breaks throughout the day to get together with other people who dont sit in the same function as me. We also have a gym with instructors who put on free fitness classes over the lunch hour.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Just more work than one person can do in 5 days and now we have one day less every 2 weeks. I currently have 4 person's jobs.

Pay needs to be increased

You need better leaders. People who understand and appreciate sacrifice for the company, not people who expect personal time to be given, as well as constant perfection. My manager has been aware that I've been burned out for over a year and I had to fight for a vacation.

Wrong is the inflexibility of hybrid work options. It can be improved by the company getting more on board with allowing more hybrid/work from home schedules and options which in turn will improve loyalty, mental health, and overall employee satisfaction.

At this point it is too late to improve for me. I feel my manager does not appreciate me or my work. They put me in a position of not being successful in their opinion. They indirectly told me in my review that I have no future with the company.

That is what this survey is supposed to determine. Having one person doing 3-5 people's jobs just burns everyone out and makes it hard to replace them when they do.

Manager is working unethically illegal. My manager hired her bf. My manager gets promoted to Sr off the employees wk. HR is rarely here and accessible. My mngr has meetings around me with topics I handle. My manager hired a supervisor without training them. So the employees have to train supervisor.

Nothing is wrong, but I wouldn't say I'm excited going to work. More content than excited.

I think in general I am not enthusiastic about the work I am doing on a daily basis. You can also tell a lot of people here are stressed and unmotivated to do their work which brings down morale.
