I love that our leadership is transparent and very approachable. No red tape. Very rare to see vs. corporate America.

They are always direct with feedback and I never have to guess how I am doing. If there is a problem, it is brought to my attention so it can be addressed right away, and then we move forward. If I am doing a great job, they tell me and I am recognized for it.

Paying their employees for the time they were asked to work. And stop altering time cards to fit within their budget. Buy the proper equipment and supplies to efficiently complete daily tasks.
