Their willingness to hear other ideas and openness to change as our company matures or changes. For example, covid happened and the leadership team was open and accepting of changing to a WFH or hybrid workplace, based on what the Nerds wanted.

They emphasize work that is forward-looking and value producing. Surely a good long term strategy. I also admire the extent to which our DEIB efforts have not affect directly us Nerds. I hope we remain tolerant all ideas but careful to keep these in check, given their corrosive and nature.

Openness in many ways, but also not scared of change, allows us to do our jobs and learn and not be afraid to make mistakes and own up to them. Could be more available and more transparent at times but its hard when there is so much change.

We have become so production-oriented that we don't regard the needs of the individual the way we used to. Contribution is measured in terms of billable hours, and burnout is ignored. Culture feels like it has all but disintegrated because leadership isn't inspiring.
