Nerdery hires some of the smartest and kindest folks I've ever worked with. My colleagues are responsive, enjoy sharing knowledge, polite and professional. While i do experience exceptions to this, it is rare.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Company alignment on the roles and responsibilities of the teams and a leadership team that guides the initiatives and goals for the teams. Client contracts that are clear on the scope and deliverables, as well as, better estimating. Also, not have the Growth team involved after a project starts
Many co-workers are disengaged, and it can be difficult to pull together energy or excitement.
