The people, but also there are fewer people in the office to interact with and be social with during and after work. I feel we need to get back to some balance of office time and WFH time because our culture is dying if we cant capture that again.

The culture is very much driven by the Nerds... which is really fun because it's changing all the time as new people start. We have such a positive and supportive culture, and we're always striving to do our best.
I enjoy how upbeat everyone is on average. I do miss the days of everyone coming into the office and the camaraderie that comes with it but understand the world has changed significantly over the past few years.
