Communicating client works and financial health of the company.. Both good and the bad..
Review from Engineering Dept
That they seem to care of personal growth.
Leadership team is approachable, has a positive attitude, and is engaged with / knowledgeable about the daily company operations.
Easy to approach and talk with.
Review from Engineering Dept
Daily involvement with a wide variety of nerds.

Openness in many ways, but also not scared of change, allows us to do our jobs and learn and not be afraid to make mistakes and own up to them. Could be more available and more transparent at times but its hard when there is so much change.
Review from IT Dept
The conversation is clear, always as professional people and respect.
Review from Engineering Dept
They care deeply about the company and its culture

CDOO seems to understand & drive most of the work getting done at the organization!
Review from Product Dept
The leader that represents my department is great at representing and advocating for us.
Review from Marketing Dept
I truly feel that Mike cares about his employees. This has been a clear change from prior to Mike taking charge of the company.

At the root there is a strong ethic of work hard, show respect, do the right thing and always put the client first.
Review from Engineering Dept
They are a small group and are visible to the organization
Their willingness to hear other ideas and openness to change as our company matures or changes. For example, covid happened and the leadership team was open and accepting of changing to a WFH or hybrid workplace, based on what the Nerds wanted.
They are a strong team with diverse talent & experience.
Review from IT Dept
Healthy balance of leadership and personal interest in individuals.
Review from Product Dept
They help foster a fun environment where business goals are communicated and employees feel like a team.
They emphasize work that is forward-looking and value producing. Surely a good long term strategy. I also admire the extent to which our DEIB efforts have not affect directly us Nerds. I hope we remain tolerant all ideas but careful to keep these in check, given their corrosive and nature.
Review from Engineering Dept
Empathetic to employee's needs during last few years which have been incredibly difficult. Need to focus in next few years on sales & growth
Most of them seem like they genuinely want to balance employees' best interests with those of the business.
We have become so production-oriented that we don't regard the needs of the individual the way we used to. Contribution is measured in terms of billable hours, and burnout is ignored. Culture feels like it has all but disintegrated because leadership isn't inspiring.
Review from Engineering Dept
paying attention to employees of every project size, employee retention, staffing for more than just specific projects. Have an actual company direction that is just what the client of the month want.
Review from Engineering Dept
Agreeing to and then communicating goals and metrics that relate to my role. Utilize the systems and team members we have to greater affect rather than complaining about them or avoiding them.
Transparency, Communication, Building Culture, Setting and Acting towards a future vision, Securing Work
focus less on fire fighting and more on setting folks up for success – providing support, structure, and clear accountabili
Communication and structure. There is a leadership team but unsure where they are taking the company and their goals, what is the vision for agency and how are we going to accomplish those goals. The current organizational structure does not allow for domains or leads to make decisions and guide
Transparency in communication. Setting realistic expectations. Showing more involvement in staff/employee retentition.
