This used to be a great place to work remotely. A selected and biased group of people are being asked to return to office. Lots of inconsistencies with knowledge sharing and miscommunication.

Newly hired employees don't seem to integrate well with the existing team, and turnover is really high across the board. New employees don't seem to have a good grasp of what we do (and yet they are getting paid much better) and end up leaving. Many employees are burnt out and left too.

Many good employees who care have left the company. The current leadership team has a hard time keeping their staff and getting the open positions approved, but the work is still there piled up for us.
