90% of people in leadership roles on my direct team see contract workers as significantly less than them, and they get treated wildly different in a negative way. I get paid on the lower end of the salary range and negotiation is nearly impossible

I feel undervalued as a human, and that no amount of money is worth putting up with the direct leadership team that I do here. I would feel better about my compensation if action was taken against managers that treat their teams incredibly poorly, instead of encouraging them.

As always Customer Support teams are the least compensated organization even though we are the face of the company to costumers. Overall, GE Specialists role is not at industry standard even though we wear many hats and work through many projects/responsibilities throughout the day.

After going through a hiring cycle, it's clear that Tinder's position is roughly in the middle to low end of pay for tech companies. It seems the culture used to be laid back but now is really intense (and the numbers show this), but the pay is still low for this type of performance.

The company prioritizes market compensation for new hires, but then does not provide growth. People who have been here 1-3 years would get better compensation by leaving and reapplying for their own job.

I'd feel better about my comp if I were paid at market for my skillset. The data we make our comp decisions is lower than this. It would also be better if we paid at the 75th percentile not the 50th.

Overall benefit for international team vary per country. we should have similar with HQ in the terms of any benefits. that's what tech company do.
