Review from Product Dept

Our leadership team is really approachable. They have an open door and will make time for you if you want to pitch something or just want to talk. And more importantly, they also listen to you!

Review from Product Dept

Open communication, Clarity of execution plan and considering us as their valuable asset.

Review from Engineering Dept

My manager gives me a lot of flexibility to do projects the way that I want to do them and doesn't micromanage. He shields me from additional conversations that I don't need to be a part of.

Review from Engineering Dept

Everyone seems super approachable! Theres constant communication.

Review from Customer Support Dept

I haven't been here long, but I really appreciated how transparent they were when sharing the people survey results

Review from Engineering Dept

Transparency and Honesty behind decisions.

Review from HR Dept

I think they're very open with the team. It helps everyone is insiders but I think we all know what we need to get done as a company to grow.

Review from Engineering Dept

Their transparency on company performance

Review from Marketing Dept

promoting diversified culture from various backgrounds

Review from Engineering Dept

My leadership team hears and adopts different opinions that might be better than the current ones.

Review from Engineering Dept

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Retention, upskilling, transparency and employer branding. Employees should know what is going on pr and marketing wise, and be proud of it. Employees are also not used as a referral base for Tinder subscriptions, which can be a miss

Review from HR Dept

Focusing less on stock price and focusing more on customer and employee experience, stop doing stock buy backs unless they're being done for employee compensation

Review from Engineering Dept

Self awareness and honesty I think are skills the leadership team could improve. For instance, our engineering org, and the team i am on in particular, has very few women. And they are not treated fairly. Why does the leadership team think this is?

Review from Engineering Dept

Open/Transparent communication. Set the vision and mission for the company

Review from Product Dept

The transparency is something we can improve a lot at also the communication

Review from Engineering Dept

Leadership needs to be better at: 1. Focusing on improving user experience rather than trying to monetize our users as much as possible 2. Be willing to take risks for innovation 3. Find a vision, and corral the team around it

Review from Engineering Dept

Have a clear business strategy. Better communication with team. Include the team to strategize.

Review from Marketing Dept

First and foremost diversity and relevance. The current leadership is primarily men, over 50 who are not in touch with dating. Second, there is very clear lack of transparency in decision making and immense gate keeping. The strategy is based on what two/three execs want to do, not user needs.

Review from Design Dept

Better understand the impact of their decisions, including how it is impacting execution. Seems like there is a significant disconnect between what they're asking and how it is being executed.

Review from Product Dept

giving raises. no matter what at the bare minimum they should be given once a year to match inflation.

Communicating vision and being mindful of their employees time, and how overwhelmed they are from a lack of organization and process.

Review from Design Dept

1) having a vision 2) delivering on that vision

Review from Product Dept

Transparency and openness, vulnerability and honesty, having difficult conversations, trusting employees
