80% of the coworkers on my direct team are fabulous, the other 20% are degrading, dismissive and dehumanizing. Lot's of actions not matching words

I have coworkers that intentionally block others for their own benefits, insult and raise their voices at their own team members, and management does nothing to discourage this, even promotes them to levels that require approvals from more than just their manager to keep them here at Tinder.
