There is a bit of long term cultural nepotism. Though it's probably related to geolocation and ease of access (and lack of trying to access other geos)

People who are contracted to UiPath do not have any clarity in their career path. It will really help if UiPath can take care of it's contracted employees as good as their regular employee.

I think, compared to others with the same experience, are being paid more at other companies. Stock options are nice but higher salaries would be better due to the state of the stock.

I would like there to be clear roles and responsibilities, including timeframes for asking for things to be done. I would also like people to fully utilize the tools available to them and be shown to be competent.

GTM operations are confused, leading to too many gray areas. Incentives for account teams differ for each role, so it's a constant push-pull.

Better organizational structure and communication lines. Rapid increase in new products requires all client-facing roles to be jacks of all trades. Lots of training material has been provided which is great, but it's not tenable for everyone to know everything once our suite reaches a certain size.

My interview process was great. Based on some candidates i have referred and their recent process, there is some work to be done to take it to the same delight as it is working here. Once you get in, its amazing! (Probably because of the volume of hiring also)
