- How do I do well in an interview at UiPath?Understand the company. Research and prepare as if this is the best opportunity you will ever have in your career. One exec I know now at UiPath told me he spent over 100 hours studying, researching, and talking with people. Then, be yourself.
- How would you describe your overall experience interviewing at UiPath?Very good. But, it was a little outside of the normal process. I did not apply. I was asked to join to bring my specialty and experience to UiPath. It was more of a case of talking with Daniel to show him what good looks like (based on my view and experience).
- What was the most difficult question that was asked during your interview at UiPath?What kind of company do you want to work for; characteristics. Of course, the right answer includes ‘humble’. I did not use this word, but as I described how I work with people and what is important, it showed my humble personality.
- Who did you meet with during your interview? And how long did it take to hear back from UiPath?Daniel, CRO, Board member. It was not the standard People Ops process. I was getting informed along the way ay by the BU.
