Umpqua Bank – "Pat" (as he identified himself) misquoted policies in Umpqua's SOP's, and then got frustrated when I exposed the error. Instead of handling it in a professional manner, he claimed I had to write the Office of the President, when his department was specifically designed to address my concern.
