I've been impressed with the demonstrated velocity and the way that folks push pace. It's been refreshing to work in an environment where there's directness and we're honest with ourselves about what we prioritize and why, e.g. speed being a superpower and the tradeoffs associated with that.

I appreciate the transparency and directness with which this leadership team communicates. Even if there are rapid or sudden shifts in strategy, the leadership team clearly articulates the rationale and the opportunity. They consider the implications and tradeoffs of their decisions.

people seem to really be themselves and feel that they can be themselves, its not super corporate. people seem to not only care about their teams and their own problems but others, other teams problems. there is a genuine effort to collab and ask questions.
