I appreciate the transparency and directness with which this leadership team communicates. Even if there are rapid or sudden shifts in strategy, the leadership team clearly articulates the rationale and the opportunity. They consider the implications and tradeoffs of their decisions.

They're all pretty great, but unlimited PTO and the health care offerings are hard to beat - plus having a stake in a great company.

I only realized after I joined that I am underpaid for the amount of work I actually do and responsibilities I have.

people seem to really be themselves and feel that they can be themselves, its not super corporate. people seem to not only care about their teams and their own problems but others, other teams problems. there is a genuine effort to collab and ask questions.
