Very dated organization, even for a nonprofit. Both in mentalities and systems/process. A lot of modernization is required. The charity is failing to staff according to workload, leading tomass burnout. And technology is literally fallling apart. Upper execs unwilling to invest. Very hierarchical.

Thanksfully my team has some smart individuals. But jts very hard to hire competent staff for the salariee on offer here.

I am paid below market value, most staff are. Some wtarting salaries are below a living wage (low 30s). Its deplorable for a charity to have such a lqck of ethics to pay staff living wages.

Modernization. Pay staff approproately and provide them the tools/technology they need to do their jobs. Staff according to workload so staff arent burnt out. Reduce beaurocracy in decision making. Allow those below a director level to make decisions. Corporate culture is toxic and needs work.
