Compensation at UNICEF is fantastic. It adds up to the motivation of working for every child.
We should be equal with international staff with the opportunities given and danger pay and bonus paid
I am paid below market value, most staff are. Some wtarting salaries are below a living wage (low 30s). Its deplorable for a charity to have such a lqck of ethics to pay staff living wages.

Modernization. Pay staff approproately and provide them the tools/technology they need to do their jobs. Staff according to workload so staff arent burnt out. Reduce beaurocracy in decision making. Allow those below a director level to make decisions. Corporate culture is toxic and needs work.
