UNICEF Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

Insurance package including for dependants

I live a satisfactory life

i get to decide how much i get paid

excellent very wel very good

Compensation at UNICEF is fantastic. It adds up to the motivation of working for every child.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

We should be equal with international staff with the opportunities given and danger pay and bonus paid

I am paid below market value, most staff are. Some wtarting salaries are below a living wage (low 30s). Its deplorable for a charity to have such a lqck of ethics to pay staff living wages.

compensation should be at par with other countries

i want more money ok
