We have make lots of income and we grow very fast

We work in environment that respects and sensitive about people's culture and there is enabling work environment. Personal Developments plan are discussed and agreed upon.

Lots of respect, team building activities and moments of appreciation of others.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Strong leaders that can create better work environment

Modernization. Pay staff approproately and provide them the tools/technology they need to do their jobs. Staff according to workload so staff arent burnt out. Reduce beaurocracy in decision making. Allow those below a director level to make decisions. Corporate culture is toxic and needs work.
