¿Por qué te sientes infravalorado y qué te haría sentir mejor con respecto a tu compensación?

My depatment is at the lowest point it could be at. Treated like we're 'not that important', no real sppreciation. The customers appreciate us more than anyone in administration.

Revisión Publicado hace 3 años

Loss of union rights. Have lost too many benefits for years

Revisión Publicado hace 4 años

They decreased PTO. Raises have never kept pace with inflation.

Revisión Publicado hace 4 años

Paying a living wage in a city that is increasingly expensive

Revisión Publicado hace 4 años

Profit centered for administration only. No care for staff shortages and safety

Revisión Publicado hace 4 años

We are a Magnet Hospital and should be employer of choice in the area, but pay is set at 50% of the market value. We are the only level 1 trauma hospital in the area and are among the busiest transplant centers in the country. Why do we make less than the hospitals that don't have these patients?

Revisión Publicado hace 4 años

IT pay starts at just 40k, similar position at university starts at 65k. Seniors IT with 10+ year expirence in UWhealth barely make 60k. Dont waste your life here. Every they take away more benifits and cut vacation time. CEO lines his pocket while lower staff suffer and claim being "remarkable".

Revisión Publicado hace 5 años

More than just a "fair market wage" increase every day. The "raise" does not even keep up with inflation. You're losing experienced clinicians.

Revisión Publicado hace 5 años

Better family leave pay, and a more fair distribution of pay cuts during the covid-19 disaster.

Revisión Publicado hace 6 años

A general lack of respect for nurses

Revisión Publicado hace 7 años

Investment in conferences and learning opportunities. Bring back the L&D department. Better support for working moms- paid maternity leave, bring back the canceled back up care program.

Revisión Review del Departamento de Administración · Publicado hace 8 años

Lower deductible on health insurance. Better dental coverage.
