Hardworking, dedicated and professional, but not valued unfortunate.
we help each other out and, in the end, will always have each other's back
Good people who care about their patients

They try to help each others
There are many amazing people at UW Health.
Everyone in our clinical department has the same goal, to help patients efficiently and effectively
Everyone I work with wants to do the best job possible, but is constantly burnt out and overworked. Front line employees often bear the brunt of the difficult times while management sits in pointless meetings or places their focus on other inconsequential areas.
great dynamic team to work with
Direct management and co workers have to work too hard. We only suffer through this place because we try to be there for eachother. Morals in the gutter, turn over is through the roof. Executive heads need to roll or the origization will crumble.
Knowing we are all in this together
Resilient group that would bend of backwards to get a task done for UW Health at their own expense with very limited guidance or information. The position would constantly change and we had 6 managers since 2013, exhausting!

We all knew each others strengths and were collectively a team that got in there and worked together
Attitudes and some display narcissistic behavior. It wears on you after years go by.
We work well in a team but there is always drama with rumors.
